In addition, We also collect search data such as search words and phrases You provide when You use the search functionality, search box, or search engine on Our Service. 3.2 - Use of Your Personal Data

We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your Personal Data is governed by their privacy policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

4.1 – Tracking Technologies and Cookies,

4.3 - Managing Opt-Out Preferences

We may use Your Personal Data to contact You with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to You. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from Us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email We send or by contacting Us.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7 - "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control

Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, We do respond to the Global Privacy Control signal.

At launch, FearINN does not sell or share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use Personal Data for targeted advertising. We may use analytics technologies as described in the Tracking Technologies, Cookies, and Analytics Section to understand and improve the Service. We do not use Personal Data profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for a Consumer. If Our practices change, We will update this Privacy Policy and provide any opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

Right to Appeal

At times We may be unable to process requests relating to Your Personal Data, in which case, Your request will be denied. If Your privacy rights request has previously been denied by Us and You believe We denied it in error, You may appeal for reconsideration of Your request by emailing info@fearinn.com.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against You for exercising Your rights under the applicable state data protection laws.

Verifiable Requests

You may send Us a verifiable request at info@fearinn.com regarding the above rights. Only You, or someone legally authorized to act on Your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to Your Personal Data. The verifiable consumer request must: 1) provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify You are the person about whom We collected Personal Data or an authorized representative of that person; and 2) describe Your request with sufficient detail that allows Us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will only use Personal Data provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requester’s identity or authority to make the request.

9 - Children and Minor Users Privacy

Our Service does not target anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
