FearINN’s Role
FearINN provides an online marketplace that connects guests with independent hosts.
FearINN may review disputes, request documentation, facilitate communication, and take action under its platform policies. FearINN is not a court, law enforcement agency, insurance provider, property inspector, or legal representative for either party.
Certain disputes may need to be handled through an insurance company, payment provider, law enforcement agency, attorney, or other appropriate third party.
